2007 in review:
New Year's eve was spent at my home after I heard the news from my Dad about him and Mom.
January: My father and mother were getting the divorce under way. Mom tried to kidnap the little ones and take them to her dykish whore vampire of a then-girlfriend, but I barred them and myself in my room to keep her away from them. She threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't move, but a call from Morgan and Elaine changed her tune.
February: Everything was going good... until the 25th. That's when I received the phone call from Johnny telling me Todd had died. The rest of the month I was at Johnny's house prepping up for the funeral and keeping him and his family sane.
March: The month started out bad from the get-go. Joy had cracked her head on the bath tub after falling unconscious from a new medicine. She survived but needed staples in her head. The next day was Todd's wake (which the preservers did a HORRIBLE job preserving him), then the funeral. Things after that were starting to get better until I hear that my accounting teacher dropped me from his course for missing too many classes. I told him from the get-go that things weren't looking good and I might not show up at all.
April: That asshole Sean tries to gain attention by telling people he was going to commit suicide. Knowing Johnny was still vulnerable from what happened to Todd, he took full advantage of that! Next thing we know, the fucker tries to hit on Todd's girlfriend while she's still recovering! The fucker was stalking her! It took both Johnny and Nate to pull him away from her! Finally I revealed to Johnny that he's doing it to gain attention! He's not a true friend!
May: I honestly thought Johnny was going to off himself from all the mental abuse Sean had inflicted on him. Because I was far from him, I couldn't do anything. Thank God Nate was there to stop him from doing something he would regret. Next day or two, we went to see Spider-Man 3... My God, the place was so packed we had to separate throughout the entire theater. No one walked out of there with a dry eye. If you've seen the movie, you know why. It was because of that movie, Johnny was on his way to recovering finally. He finally mustered the courage to fight back against Sean, his own Green Goblin.
June: Mine and Aislinn's birthday was so-so, could've been better. On the 24th, Johnny and I were ready to watch the ridiculous episode of RAW dedicated to the "deceased" Vince McMahon. The show was altered to honor the memory of Chris Benoit, his wife Nancy, and his son Daniel. We couldn't sit to watch the show cause it was too heart-wrenching. Later we find out online Benoit went nuts and killed them, then himself. Surely you guys remember my post about that, how heartbroken I was learning that.
July: Honestly, I can't remember July.
August: The best month of all. Johnny's birthday. What a memorable day. Though the birthday dinner was ruined by our bitchy Japanese waitress, the chef made up for it. He talked to us about Transformers and the fair, and how ridiculous both were. He was the best. The best part, beside the fire on the stove, was probably when he flung the shrimp tails at Johnny. Johnny screamed out via Jean-Claude Van Damme in Blood Sport, it was hilarious. What was great was probably when Johnny got so pissed off, him, Nate, and Gen left the restaurant for a few minutes. Gen and Nate had gotten him a sledgehammer! What he always wanted! He was going to use it to bludgen our waitress, couldn't blame him. That chick was a bitch! When we left, Aaron and Johnny's friend Breck told us how much she was nagging about how "15 minute make reservation and only 6 people eat!" We're never going there again.
September: Mom and I started our war over the computer and other things. You remember my nagging posts, so I'm not going into detail. Aaron and I, though, managed to find our old baby and childhood pictures when cleaning out the closet downstairs. Memories.
October: A house exploded somewhere in Sherman. Gas explosion. I swear, this town will soon go up in a puff of smoke if the gas lines aren't fixed. Honestly, I can't remember October.
November: Urgh. The time I caught too many illnesses in one week: flu (aches and pains), cold, strep throat, whooping cough. Don't remember November, besides Tin Man started and Johnny got a girlfriend. She is awesome.
December: Tin Man ended! I loved that show so much! The DVD comes out in March! Look for it and watch it! It is an awesome rendition of the Wizard of Oz! You will fall in love with the villain and more than likely root for her more than the good guys! Also, Johnny and his family welcomed a new addition to the team: the pomeranian Sassy. SHE IS ADORABLE! Christmas was ruined by our Mom... again. Not going into detail there. New Years Eve was good for what it was.
To quote the great Lewis Black, "2007 is the biggest bitch ever!" I was excited when New Years Eve came around. I kept track of how much time was left before that piece of crap year disappeared! If I could have one wish, it would be that Todd never died. That way I could still be in school and Johnny would have his sanity for those long months. But at the same time, if I do that, Johnny probably wouldn't have met Kat or learned who his true friends were. *sigh* Everything happens for a reason, right? Well, as I stated before, the anniversary of Todd's passing is coming soon. That's going to be a sad day for sure, or we could try to make it good for what it is. I'll update that day when I get the chance.
See yas!
